Dr. Arti Rattan – MBBS, MD (Gold Medallist), FRACP – is a Gastroenterologist currently based at Bankstown hospital. She has recently joined Sydney Gastroenterology and is a Conjoint Lecturer with the University of New South Wales.
Dr. Rattan obtained her advanced Endoscopy fellowship in Endoscopic ultrasound and Barrett’s esophagus management from Cambridge University Hospital in the UK. She worked as a Gastroenterologist with Queensland Health following completion of Advanced Training in Gastroenterology at St Vincent’s Hospital in Sydney.
Dr.Rattan is a member of the Gastroenterological Society of Australia, American Gastroenterological Association, and Conjoint Committee for recognition of training in gastrointestinal endoscopy. Dr Rattan does endoscopic procedures e.g. capsule endoscopy, diagnostic and therapeutic gastroscopy, colonoscopy and endoscopic ultrasound.
She has published research on colon cancer and Barrett’s esophagus.
